Atzucac by EFÍMERES is a creation inspired by the classic parades and brass bands, and designed from a totally contemporary and experimental perspective.

EFÍMERES are a trio of voices following the punk cabaret sound and scenic style, using the body as an instrument (voice, body percussion and movements) and megaphones as a reinforcement.
Atzucac is sung in endangered languages such as Chamacoco, Tibetan, and Amazigh, and the Muisca that was extinct in the eighteenth century. These languages are combined with dissapearing Catalan words.

The show, premiered at the GREC FESTIVAL in Barcelona, seeks to experiment with the resonances of the voice and the context of the arquitecture where it is framed. Being able to transit historical, cultural and emblematic spaces, generating a living and ephemeral dialogue.
